Pot Subdivision: One of the oldest neighborhoods in West Sedona. Located north of Hwy 89A. Main access via Coffee Pot Road. Many smaller homes on lots that are 6 – 8000 SF in size. A couple of areas have larger, ¼ acre lots, some with newer homes. Great area for beginner homes or investment properties.

Area:
A number of subdivisions that are zoned for manufactured homes. Located north of 89A, between Andante and Harmony Drive. One of the older areas of Sedona, there are a few streets with stick-built homes. |
Inspirational
View, Oak Creek Development: One
of the oldest areas in West Sedona, between Saddlerock and
Northview subdivisions. On south side of 89A, this area
may have a home or two under $300,000, and is best
described as eclectic. Some very nice newer or remodeled
homes. |
