Arrow: Located
on both sides of Hwy 179, a couple of miles south of the
"Y". Lots of vegetation and exceptional views
from some of the properties. Lot sizes are mostly in the
½ to 1 acre, with some large parcels also around, and
several of the properties backing to Forest Service land.
Casa
Manana:
Hilltop and hillside subdivision, on the east side of Hwy
179. Located near Radisson Poco Diablo Resort. Older area,
with well-maintained homes, and mature vegetation. Some
homes have excellent panoramic red rock views. Lot sizes
generally ½ acre and up.
Chapel
Area: Consists
of several subdivisions, east of Hwy 179, approximately
halfway between Sedona and Village of Oak Creek. Named
after the Chapel of the Holy Cross located near-by.
Variety of home styles and values. Excellent red rock
views from many areas. Most homesites are ¼ to 4/10
acres.

Color
Cove and Distant Drums:
In West Sedona, west of Dry Creek Rd, and just north of Kachina subdivision. One of the few areas in West Sedona with lot sizes 2.5 acres and up and zoned for horses. Some great horse properties for diverse budgets and requirements.

Copper
Vista:
An established hillside subdivision at the entrance to
West Sedona. Located south of Hwy 89A, between Airport
Road and Les Springs. Mostly 2 level homes, generally less
than 15 years old, and usually with outstanding red rock
views of the West Sedona area.
Doodlebug:
Yes, that’s really the name for this area west of Hwy 179, adjacent to the Radisson Poco Diablo Resort. Older, established neighborhood, with mature vegetation, and a variety of home styles. Some homes situated along Oak Creek, as well as on “Doodlebug Island”, accessible by a low-water crossing. Home of the old Doodlebug Ranch.

Foothills
South:
Gated community in the hills in West Sedona, south
of Hwy 89A, and across the street from the
Emergency Hospital. Approximately 150 homesites,
most between .45 and 1 acre in size, with a few
exceptions that are larger.

Variety
of homestyles, with a number of ranch style homes
in phase I, and a predominantly
Spanish/Mediterranean or Santa Fe style look.
Foothills South is also the home of the Sedona
Racquet Club. A number of homes border on Forest
Service land. |
Lazy
Bear, Manzanita, Cibola Hills: Three
subdivisions located in the hills above uptown, or
"Old Town" Sedona. Older and newer homes in
various styles, many with outstanding red rock views. This
area generally has lots of trees and native vegetation,
affording privacy. Like many other areas in Sedona, home
values vary considerably.

Les
Springs:
Located south of Hwy 89A, going up Cooks Hill
towards West Sedona. Gated
community with clubhouse, tennis courts, swimming
pool. Strict architectural guidelines, and all
homes have a French Mediterranean look. Most homes
have outstanding red rock views.

Palisades:
Attractive hillside development off Brewer Road,
with outstanding views towards the Broken Arrow
area, for great sunsets. Homes come in a variety
of styles, many of them split level, and are
tucked away into the hillsides. Mature vegetation
provides a feeling of privacy.

Red
Rock Heights:
Located east of Hwy 179, on a hill top, providing
spectacular views of the red rocks. Close to the center of
town, there are many older, larger homes in this
neighborhood.
